Hi, I am Japanese girl. I have studied English for about 8 years. But I cannot speak well. I want to be able to talk fluency because my dream is living in foreign country.
It is said, in order to improve English for talking is talking with Native American. It is the best way for improving English. So, you should go to abroad. It may be hard but going to abroad must be able to skill up your English and good experience.
My friend who study go abroad for a month said, It was very very fun. You should go, too! So I will go study abroad this summer vacation with my friend. Now I am very exciting because it is for the first time in my life to go to abroad. I want to experience about many many things there.
So do your best, too! I wish your English can improve.

I agree. BUT...
when you go abroad to study English, you should not go to a school that has many people from your home country. You will be too tempted to make friends only with them and to speak your native language. I recommend you seek a school that has a diverse group of students so you will all have to practice your English to make friends and communicate.

Speaking with a native speaker is the best way, but you can find one in your home country. Try to make friends wherever you are to foreign - speaking people and you can improve. Teachers in class can only teach so much. Textbooks can only do so much! Living life and speaking naturally is best, easiest and more fun.

I'm agree that speaking with native speakers is one is the best way to improve our english. I think another basical methode is that we must have a english passionate heart. Don't forget you can pratise it everyday and everywhere.
