Good idea, I totally agree with your view. Speaking with native speakers is an effective way to improve English; for this reason, Ive been thinking of seeking a pen friend. But, its hard to find a native speaker who has sufficient patience to keep reading our poor English articles, unless, of course, you pay for them. Why dont you try another way? I used to post my views on some bulletin boards where people would automatically argue with me. In addition, you should select some controversial topics in order to occupy peoples attention.
Hope that helps |

Hello to both of you!
I guess I am one of those rare people that you both speak of; I have about 20 different penpals and I enjoy helping them all improve their english or french.
If you are interested, I am more than willing to help you!

I agree, it is hard to find alot of people with patience to talk to someone who does not speak their native language, but there are plenty of us who do like it.
I have been teaching for just a little over 3 months, and I love it. I have three students of my own. They are from Japan.
I have just registered on this, so I am open to discuss anything you people would like to talk about.
Have a good day

Corresponding is useful not only for learning foreign languages but also for looking through our own cultures.
I'd like one to discuss each culture |
