I think the best food on earth are fruits because they are natural and not cooked. No matter how much junk food you have eaten, remember to eat fruits to balance your body. I have heard that one can lose his weight by proceeding a fruit diet, but I don't know how exactly it works.

yes,i agree with you ,but i think fruits and vegatables both are very natural.but do you think all the fruits or vegatale are clean,no there a number of people put some pesticide on it in order to get more benefet.so the good way is also to do sport.

Now we are backing to a Sunday-school truth- the most efficient way of keeping fit is to control your diet and do exercises as much as possible. Frankly speaking, I wish I could do both of those! It seems that the exercise I do most now is walking- usually from my company to the restaurant during lunch break. Since it is so hot in Taipei these days (the highest temperature yesterday here is up to 37 degrees centigrade or more), I think I've sweated enough to burn extra calories out of my body! But anyway, for my own good, I will manage to find more time to exercise!

Hmm, I have a roommate who ever tried to lose weight on a fruit diet. She managed to eat only three apples and three bananas for one day's meal. Because she is a girl with great perseverence, she kept doing this for over one month. This method is very effctive of losing weight, I'd to admit. You see, she had lost more than 6 kg during that period .But she finally gave up , as she found that there was a slight decrease in her memory.
