Finland is a nice place, too, but maybe Norway is even better. If you like nature you must visit Norway! Just remember one thing: pack warm clothes, because it's pretty cold there (well, summers are OK).

If I were you I would go to Ireland because it is really fantastic. Picturesque countryside and nice people and you can practise your English as well.
Down south I suggest visiting Tuscany, Italy. The region around Pisa, Florence etc. is magnificient. If you're interested in history then I think this is the place to go.
