It is about one month to the Athens Olympic Games opening.
What is the player or game which you pay attention to?

I aid Japan, and pay attention to Ryoko Tani, a judo player. Very Happy
She aims at the 2nd successive championship at Olympic Games which is the first of a Japanese woman's history.

Umm... Sad
I think doing one's best is wonderful,
and people who win themselves are cool.
(I always give up running immediately. Embarassed )
Well... How about you? Smile

p.s. I'm not good at English.
So, the meaning which I say may not be transmitted, sorry!

The Olympics are a great waste of money and time. All the athletes are on drugs so it's really just a test to see who is best at doping and not getting caught.

Everybody choose what he wants and i`m sure sportments and watchers of Olympics games don`t think they waste time there. It`s a wonderful event, i respect people who work hard within 4 years for the sake of medal.
I don`t think about drugs, because i like team games like basketball; as well as wrestling and boxing where drugs mean much less than in short running.
That must be "fantastic life" to see *beep* in beautiful and wonderful things????!!!!

Some of us live in cloud cuckoo land and some of us don't...Once the Olympics became politicised and nations around the world, of different ideologies, started using sports events to "prove"that their system was better than any of the others, doping intensified.
Type "olympic drugs"into your search engine and you will get 398,000 hits.
If there were no problem, would there be that much information out there?

I know about "drug" scandals and disqualifications, but when i think about the future Olympic games i`m sorry only about absence of O`Neal, Dancan and others in Dream Team, Lans Armstrong in the bicycling, and so on.
Drugs?! And what? A life is full of *beep*. It`s not my task to solve this problem and i`m not going to put drugs in the center of attention of Olympic games. Sportsmen need vitamins and some drugs to restore organism after tremendous loads. If your trainer and doctor are bad, you will eat forbidden drugs or won`t be able to lead them out. That`s one of the stages of win`s staircase. This is a law of sport. And for me the most important thing is a performance of the best sportsmen of the world and only, after that, a result (honest or dishonest).
