Hi,everybody here.I want to know your sincere opinions of the country which invaded your homeland in WW2.Please answer the questions below:
If your country was invaded by Germany:
1) Do you think that Germany still should do something to atone its crime?
2) Do you feel weird when you get relations with Germans? If you do,why?
3) When somebody mention German/Germany,what's the first vision in your brain.
If your country was invaded by Japan:
1) Do you think that Japan still should do something to atone its crime?
2) Do you feel weird when you get relations with Japanese? If you do,why?
3) When somebody mention Japanese/Japan,what's the first vision in your brain.
Especially Jewish people, what's your answer to these questions?

I will appreciate to your answers sincerely.

1) Yes, Japan can atone their crimes by telling the truth in their history books.

2) No, I don't feel weird at all.

3) The Japanese are a very polite people. The people of Japan today were not the invaders of my island. Their grandparents were the invaders, and most of them are dead. The Japanese people today should not be condemned for what their grandfathers did. Only their grandfathers should be condemned because they were the ones who invaded the country.

I remember there is a saying"forget the past means betray".Now we treasure the days of peace by remembering the wars past,so I don't think it's not proper to ask you the questions above. And that it is a way for us people living in different country to exchange our minds, because we know there are still some wars going on in some regions.
