hello, everyone
I read an article about games.
I would like to share it .
It introduces physics of video games.
In video games, the action is scripted ahead of time by the game’s designer.
Of course, the fighting figures look realistic, but if you kick and knock
Your enemy he falls down the same way each time.
The gamers are tired of it. They want new actions.
A few designers feel this way of designing game is too dull and they
Want to use physical laws such as gravity and friction into games.
They replace old way with new way.
For example , when you hit your enemy, the computer must calculate your weight, your opponent’s weight, the force of your blow and so on.
Then the computer decide if you knock him down.
Or when you drive your car , a physics-engine in the game measure the friction of your tires ,check the gravity and so on.
Sooner or later , all parts of video games will be lifelike and enjoyable.
What do you think of it? |

Ummm...have you played halo 2? They use Ragdoll Physics. Same with some Fighting games. Makes it look more realistic. But older games, even some games now, still have what you have said. _________________ Frankly, I don't believe in the elderly. I believe it was a story made to frighten young children. |

oh, I know halo 2.
But I haven't played it.
I agree with you.
More and more games have physics , energy, force, and motion
They become real.
We might play games in a special room someday. |
