Hi! I am 20 years old and I am Japanese girl.
I�m interested in health or diet. It is good walking, swimming, and exercise for health or diet in Japan.
By the way, do you know an apple diet? This diet eats only apples for three days. My friend became thin four kilograms by this diet. I want to try this diet but it is hard for me.
Do you know how to interesting diet or good health in your country? Please tell me if you know. See you!  |

The key to healthy weight is regular physical activity.
You sometimes take in more calories than your body needs.
You should take in the same number of calories as your body needs.

I think doing aerobic exercise is a good way to loose weight and keep your body healthy. Also I've heard some doctors said that try to walk 5km per day is good to body.  |

you want to how to lose weight..
right?
l think diet is not good health..
if i were you, l'd regulary exercise..
first, exercise is so think not good..
but..
if you regulary exercise, you will have good health..
your girl and.. japanise.. um..
ok!
l recommend exercise. tennise or regulary jogging..
walk is good health.
but
don't many have effect..
you early in the morning..
so take a jogging.. ok?
some day, you feel jogging is boring, you play the tennis~!
you will do this way,
you will have good health..
then..

I'm from korea....
In my country has notting special diet, but
I know only "one food diet"
for example, grapes diet, water diet, .......
one food diet is...
you eat only one food, you'll lose your weight.
It is most important that keep your good health.
than think about lose your weight.

I am korean student.
I am interested in diet, too.
but I don't have challenged it yet.
to be important,
'one food diet' is harmful to our bodies.
because not take in nourishment.
I recommend a way deit,
first, eat balanced meals.
second, exercise regularly.
third, have a sound sleep.
fourth, try to avoid stress.
fifth, keep good posture.

I'm Korean.
I think, diet is not good for our health.
Many people recommended regular execise and I also recommended it.
I heard, walking or running is best way to lose weight.
If I were you, I get up early and jogging with my dog.(In fact,I have not dog )
Then your condition will be very good.
That's not important what your apperance than anything else
Who you are is much more important.
I hope my advice help you.

Most vegetables have almost no fat, but some have small amounts. We make vegetable oils from vegetables like corn that have fat. Vegetables contain many kinds of vitamins. Tomatoes have a lot of vitaminC. Carrots are very high in vitaminA. And m inerals are found in vegetables like spinach. Fially, all vegetables contain water. There are many methods to lose your weight.Most of people in my country[Thailand] recommended an aerobic method to lose them weight,and have good health.But I never heard the "one food diet".I think many girls have the same problem about methods of diet.
In my opinion,if you use many methods to diet.You will diet faster than use only one method.You shouldn't except breakfast,lunch and dinner,because it has effects to your bones and your health.
If you are going to except some food,you should consult the doctor.
I think Japanese foods are low fat,thus you can have any food that you want to have.But you have to control the quantity of the food that you have.
I very like this topic.Iwant to know about diet methods in each of country. ithink this topic will has many opinion from many country about diet methods.

Hi, How are u doing guys?? I'm a Japanese girl and 20 years old.Well.....I really interested about diet. Because I got fat 12lb since seven months ago. So I try go to gym twice a week and I do work out,use running machine,go to steam room and sauna. I guess It's good for me and for you guys if u do. |
