I want to know what kind of crime used by mobile phone is happened among foreign countory.
I have to examine for my homework. Any information is OK!!!

- cheating during test (happens a lot in college)
- using fake recharge PIN for pre-paid phone card (in Germany maybe in other countries too). It's basically a program that can create fake pre paid card PINs you normally need to buy to recharge your cell phone credit.
- stealing the EIN number some elses cell phone and with some knowledge, you call for free on the cost of other people
but seriously, you guys over there are much more advanced in cell phone than here in the US |

I'm from the capital of Russia - Moscow city. Becouse it's the center of Russia about 80% of all russian money are concentrated here. Therefore there're so many criminal people who go to Moscow from another countries of ex-Soviet Union repuplics like Moldova, Belarus and others. In Moscow underground there are many crime groups make their unlegal business. My father's mobile phone and some money in his wallet have been stolen some times ago. My sister's phote thiefs took out from her bag. There are so many crime related with mobile phones stealing.
