In Japan , having mobile phone age becomes younger.
But! I think under 10 should not have it.
Moblie phone is very useful but dengerous.Children can make thier world
where parents don't know .
I don't understand why very young people need mobile phone

the point of mobil phone is comunication. man could contact with each other easily. the children under 10, i think, could also use mobile phone for keeping touch with their intimate pals. but their parents should pay more attention to the harm to their immature bodiescaused by pollution of electromagnetic radiation.

There many problems when parents give mobilephone to thier young children.
There are many bad informations to young people while they are using.
Our talking and writing ability will become badly.It is very dangerous
But! how do you correspond when your children ask that "I want a mobilephone. Most of my friends have it. I want to contact with them too!"

Parents are very soft with thier children lately,I think.
Generaly,educations become bad.So juvenile deliquency is increasing.

Lately,I watched the news about mobile phone .
Korean students use their mobile phone for cheat while they are taking test.Do you know about this news? And traffic accident is increasing.Because people use mobile phone as they are driving.
Not only children but also grown-up can not use mobile phone rightly.
Before parents give mobile phone to their children,parents should review how to use right mobile phone.

i think that below 10 should not have cell phones. because cell phones could be used for negative purposes. it depends that how the user uses his celphone. like there are cool services such as leapwave.com this service offers some intersting features. but i think only a sensable man should use one.

yes i think with the writer because mobile phone have effect to the user its.
At the present , the mobile phones become necessary for our lifes and can make the communication with another people .But the signal from mobile phones effect the human body. I think it has 2 reasons. First, The signal mobile phones can directly alter cell function it the human body. When you use the mobile phones , it�s near our ear. The mobile phones has signal that it will destroy brain cells .The signal from the mobile phones cause brain tumours , cancer and other disease. And when you feel ill you matter such as headache , nausea , dizziness , fatigue , affect the levels of certain hormones and that are important in regulating our metabolism. It�s matrix the basic of brain tumours until the cancer. Next , Costs of the mobile phones are expensive.
Somebody change the mobile phones because they have new modern design of mobile phones , the costs of mobile phones are more expensive then we pay a lot of money for buy its. And when you have mobile phones , you will use it more but you don�t worry about how much does you pay for use it even though now there are a lot of promotions to reduce to cost. In conclusion Although the mobile phones are both the signal mobile phones can effect in the human body and costs of the mobile phones are expensive , the must of people use it same as in fashion .Do you think with me about the effect from the mobile phones?

I don't think a 10-year-old kid should own a mobile phone. a phone would be a bad reaction for kid's lesson. she/he can't concentrate on lessons with a mobile phone. she/he always wants to send short msgs to her/his friends and surf internet by mobile phone. that would be terrible.

Today, mobile phone is overacting with people, so most people ( not only adults but also teenagers) use mobile phone. However, I do not support to use mobile phone for three reasons.
First, using mobile phone is dangerous for your health; for example, electronic wave in mobile phone has effect to your brain wave. It will make you have a headache if you use it for a long time.
Second, some people may use it in wrong way. For example, we always see in the news about the crime that�s caused by mobile phone or some people
Who use it for downloading the obscene pictures and clip video. Teenagers may think it is fashion accessory because it has more styles.
Finally, buying mobile phone may waste the money. For example, the cost of mobile phone is too expensive and you have to pay for the expensive of mobile phone every month.
In conclusion, I disagree with using the mobile phone. What do you think about using mobile phone today ?
