Hi there Smile .Well I wouldn't really encourage a very strict diet, sometimes it can backfire because you lose alot of weight in a short time, that doesn't mean that it will stay off,and that can frustrating. So,maybe you can try losing weight gradually,by drinking lots of water and just balancing your diet with lots of vegetables and fruits.Walking is also a great and effortless way to exercise..swimming is also fun and useful. So that you can enjoy yourself while achieving what you want.
Good luck on your diet..and I hope that you get the beautiful body that you want Smile !!

I have been thruogh a lot of diets, I have lost it and gained it all back as soon as I went off of it. I decided the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat small portion and excersice three to four days a week, it also helps if I don't eat past 8:00 p.m. I'm tired of dieting and it is time for me to eat less, move more and except my body for not being perfect.

Hi Bree,I agree that after a specific hour a person should stop eating if they are trying to maintain their weight. I think that many people, women especially find it hard to accept their body shape..so I wanted to say "well done",to you on that.I guess that's the best advice,a person should try their best but acceptance is also important.

Hi! I`m a Japanese girl. I think seaweed is a good diet food. for example
konbu, wakame, nori are good. Because their calorie are so low and very healthy. I think many foreign people don`t eat seaweed , but you are Japanese too so I recommend it. But I recommmend them people who are not Japanese too. Seaweed is bad-looking but it tastes good.
