hi gingersoup....
in Islam women should cover their hair regardless of the color... and we call this cover the Hejab...
women wear black clothes in the arab gulf according to the traditions and customs that is all... women in other Islamic countries does not wear black but they wear the Hejab...

This is more the image of Islam today. |

Hi szmeill..... 
well muslims forbids eating pigs and drink wine...
because pigs lives in the mud and eats dirts and studies showed that drinking wine have bad effects, it damages neurones in the brain....

I come from China.Do you hear of HUI minority in china? They will wear white cap and they are forbidden to eat pigs.

If muslims are forbided to drink wine because wine could damage neurones in the brain, how about drugs? Such like marijuana or things like it. Are muslims forbided to take drugs? From my knowledge, some muslim counturies sell marijuana world wide in order to earn a lot of money. |

well yes islam forbid taking drugs and anything that make a person addicted...because addiction destroy the human and God does not want that to happen...

and the country that sells drugs it used to be Afganstan.. and i do not know if it is still sell it or no...

I know the Hui minority. And actually, The Hui ethnic group is one of China's largest ethnic minorities. There is a sizable population of 8.61 million in the Hui minority group in China. People of Hui origin can be found in most of the counties and cities throughout the country, especially in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. |
