Who want to know the fetid bean curd . I can introduce for you .
The derivation of bean curd is :One day , Mr. Wang wanted to conserve
the unsalable bean curd , so he cut the bean curd and put the bean curd
in a box, then put some common salt and flavoring , and then swathed
the box. After some days , he opened the box , and he found the bean
curd are fetid . But the degustation is very delicious . From now on the
fetid bean curd is so popular.
And now some people feel the fetid bean curd nice smelling . But some
people feel it fetid . For me , I feel it nice smelling and very delicious .
I like it very much . Interalia the piccalilli , it is very delicious too . It
also put the cabbage in a box , and put some common salt , the swathe
the box , after some days , it is also very delicious .
After all , if foreigner come to Taiwan , remember to eat fetid bean curd
, it is the special food in Taiwan , and it is very delicious . Remember to
eat . That’s all.
