2. All I have to do is studying hard.
Are both correct? Is #1 "STUDY" an infinitive but "TO" is omitted?

Hi BMO,
Only #1 is correct. I'm not sure of the grammar as it's quite complex, but it could be that "study" is the infinitive in its base form. That means it is the infinitive minus the word "to."
I'm not going to even attempt to explain why #2 doesn't work!
