Hi, my name is Alex from Spain, do you know "ULTIMATE"? Ultimate is the sport of new millenium....


You can play in the beach or in a soccer stadium.

If you play in the grass (stadium), you play with seven player, but if you play in the sands you play wiht five player. "Generally all the people play in the grass".

The rules this sport is very easy:
You have catch the disc in the endzone (limited area).
If the disc fall in the grass, turn over (If you were attacking, now you are difense).
You can play man and woman together.

This sport is very social and the fair play is the most important "spirit of the game", ...when the play finish, all the players make a circulate and tell about the game.....


remenber.....when a ball dream, this dream is a fly disc.
