I am Taiwanese, 19 years old
My favorite sports are volleyball and swimming
In the process of doing these two kinds of exercises, I can forget my recent agony, and will is very happy.
The most important be, can also reach the purpose of the weight reduction, so good.

I also Reduce by swiming heavy.
