Watch for behavior "flows"--when performance is "natural."
Would you agree "flow" implies flaw here? It is saying that you watch for a behavior tendency of going down to the bad side. Correct?

No, I think that flow is a neutral word. I know water always flows down hill, but electricity flows all over the place.
I believe it means to watch for patterns of behaviour when you are observing a subject who is not aware that he/she is being observed, and therefore is performing naturally.
Mind you I think the word performance itself denotes a certain lack of naturalness. |
