I recommend that you eat a lot of vegetables everyday!
If you eat only vegetable salad for dinner, you can lose 3~5kilograms.

We should keep healthy habits.
We should avoid junk food.
Don't often eat sweets.
We shouldn't pig out.
Just eat well and slowly.
Just look on the package at the nutrition facts.
We need to eat a lot of roughage.
Try vegetable, fruit ,whole wheat bread.
They really help.
To eat nutritious food is important.
You are what you eat. |

You can protect PMS is the named of premenstrual syndrome which will be happen to women who are not in the menstruation yet. This kind of symptom may cause of headache, nervous, and the bodies are swelling which come from hormone changing. In my opinion, PMS will effected from the seriously things, not enough sleep, don�t exercise, and don�t know about right eating. We have some of how to protect the PMS for three reasons.
First, you should to try some healthy food. Like tea and herb drinks. Avoid from the beverage have caffeine. It will stimulate your brain and it makes you to mood feeling. Then you should have to take all the kind of protein, carbohydrate,mineral,fatty and vitamin which are the significant nutrient. The last one, you should avoid from lots of salted food.
Second, you must do the exercising like playing Yoga. So that will make you clam don when you have mood feeling. It helps you to work better yet.
Finally, you should have enough sleep. About eight to ten hours. But you don�t more sleep because you may feel weary body.
In conclusion, all of women have to do more exercise, have some healthy food, and anything else which will relieve all of symptom. Can you protect the PMS today?

Ha ha, my name is christine and I am a Chhinese gilr!
It is clear that health is the foundation of one's future success. If you become sick, it is nearly impossible to pursue your career effectively. On the other hand, if you are strong, you can go all out to overcome the obstacles that lie ahead of you.
Now that we know taht health is the source of our energy, what should we do to maintain and enhance our health? First, we should exercise every day to strengthen our muscles. Second, we should keep regular hourse of our lives. If we get up early, we can breathe fresh air and se the sunrise, and this habit can do wonders for our outlook on life. Third, there is a proverb that says,"Prevention is more important than cure."
In conclusion, health is more important than wealth. Those who are rich but lose their health are no more fortunate than those who are poor but healthy. If you want your wish to come true, health is the most important ingredient of your success. _________________ English is very interesting! |

I agree with "abcgood".
There is no short cut to loose weight.
We need to eat healty food and exercise regulary.
