Russia will be selling weapons of mass destruction to Syria. This of course is a major  issue to bush and has been trying to stop it. But he doesn't have power over everything. Can he stop it?

He is Talented. No, his IQ score is too bad. so this president is the worst of Presidents

According to the U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 1, (see http://www.archives.gov/national_archives_experience/charters/constitution.html), to be allowed to become president, a person must be a natural born citizen of at least 35 years of age and have resided in the U.S. for at least 14 years. George W. Bush meets those qualifications, so he can be president.

His IQ is estimated to be between 125 and 129 (see http://www.amconmag.com/2004_12_06/feature.html and http://www.isteve.com/IQhoax.htm) which puts him in the genius catagory. What should his IQ be before he can become president? Jonh Kerry's IQ was estimated to be around 120 (still very smart), so if Bush is not smart enough then surely Kerry was not qualified.
BTW, I'd rank Lyndon B. Johnson as a FAR worse president than Bush. You may not remember him, but he was the president that expanded the U.S. involvement in your country's civil war but still failed to stop the advance of the communist dictatorship of the north. |
