Let me make a introduce .I'm a Chinese student ,lives in Nanjing,but I am from Gansu ,lies in west of China.I like to travel,however , I haven't enough time to travel around the motherland.There are lots of beautiful scenery and landscope.

Hello! Do you know takoyaki? It's similar to okomomiyaki.
This is smaller than okonomiyaki.

Osaka okonomiyaki is okay, but if I have a choice, I prefer Hiroshima style okonomiyaki. Hiroshima style is layered (whereas Osaka style is all mixed together) and includes a layer of noodles. If you ever have a chance to visit Hiroshima (not far from the famous scenic Miyajima shrine), please try their okonomiyaki. Oishi!!

I have seen a work of Kimura Takaya--Long Vacation in the last several days.People in the play eat noodle at every turn.I want to know if is it so in fact that people often eat noodle.I like noodle very much.Perhaps ,there is difference in flavoring.I like these with cayenne,vinegar.What flavoring often used in Japan?

I knew Okonomiyaki by watching ranma 1/2. I wanted to see how it tasted like, so I went to Japan town to buy the ingredients and cooked it myself. My brother loved it. He finished everything before I could actually have a bite of it. I had to make it again and it turned out I loved my own cooking, too.
