Dear teachers,

Please edit this paper when you have some free time. I am learning as I edit someone else's work. Thanks.

1. If you were a student in the graduate school of religion at XXX University, what would you expect of an ideal teacher?

Jesus said, If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles. (Matthew 5:41) If I were a student in the graduate school of religion at XXX University, I would like my teacher to be like Jesus, readily prepared to give love to his or her students. And as Jesus said, that he or she would go with the students on that extra mile. It is not easy for a man to do, but for a Christian, it is a must.

I hope my teacher is like an angel with love. That he or she is patient and kind, neither envious of others, boastful or arrogant himself or herself, nor is he or she rude, self-seeking, or easily angered. And last but not least, I hope my teacher is always joyful.

2. If you were a teacher in the graduate school of religion at XXX University, What would you expect of an ideal student?

If I were a teacher in the graduate school of religion at XXX University, I would like my student to be like Paul. That he or she is a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle and set apart for the gospel of God. And that he or she is well educated. I hope my student has given his or her heart to God, and lives a holy life. Lastly, I hope my student will always learn new things with passion.

Well, it's a fine job by both you and your friend. I really don't see any errors in it, but here are some comments:

Hmm... I've decided to delete my comments. I'm no professional editor, but I like it very much as is.

Very nice, BMO, and a big pat on the back for the author, too!
