It sounds either like recent LA slang, or something that needs greater context to be understood clearly... But my guess is that it means end of story. That is, "I will answer no more questions on that subject." |

I think it's fairly recent British slang, (that they might have pinched from L.A.)
I think it replaces, in some quarters, A word to the wise. Which means a warning of impending trouble. |
