Hey helen!
Nice to see you in here again. I saw in another post that you've been very busy. I hope it's all going very well for you.
Interesting, Helen. We can use "to interview" as a verb. Is that not true in British English? But we can also use "interview" as a noun, so your version is also correct in American English.
On another note, I have been keeping my ear c-o-c-k-e-d for that issue of differences in stress of multi-sylable words. I can only remember one (several others have the prefix "con-," but I can't dredge any of them up).
combatant - Is it true that you would say COM-bah-tant? We would say com-BAT-ant.
