Are they correct?

1. People who live in the central America are insulated.
2.Do you say "magnifier" instead of magnifying glass?
3. A: Nice to talk to you. B: Me,too.
4. A: How are you? B: Not much. And you?
B: Same old, same old.
5 Are there other ways to answer the question "How are you?"

Thank you.

1. People who live in the central America are insulated.
People who live in Central America are insulated. (omit "the")

2.Do you say "magnifier" instead of magnifying glass?
You can. Or, a small one is also called a loupe.

3. A: Nice to talk to you. B: Me,too.
"me too" hardly works; " Nice to talk to you, too", is better.

4. A: How are you? B: Not much. And you?
B: Same old, same old.
Not much doesn't work as an answer to the question, How are you?
"Not bad."is the usual reply.
B: Same old, same old.
Not much is the answer to the question, "What's happening?"
There are many other answers to the greeting "How are you?" Here are a few.
I'm fine, lousy, awful, sick, fed-up, bored, terrific, or any of the possible human conditions. Often followed by, "Thank you",( but not as often as in grandfather's day.)
