For those determined... (no "who")
Best:
...make the most of...
...get the most out of...
"...make the most out of...", while grammatically correct, changes the meaning. "Make this out of that" implies a change of condition (Make bread out of flour). "Make the most of" impies gaining an advantage from something. Make the most of your education. |
