Since you guys *rule* and are part of the Invasion Crew -- the best street team ever to exist in the universe.
Could I replace the *rule* with *rock*, in this case?

Well if they are speaking about an invasion crew, then this would suggest that they are in charge, therefor 'rulers of the universe'. If this is the case then no, you couldn't replace it with rock but it is hard to say with this small snipet of text. However, if they are saying "you guys rule" and mean you guys are very good, then yes, you could replace it with 'you guys rock'. But both of these words, rule and rock, used in the context of somebody or something being very good or popular, are very casual and are usually only used by youth.
