His anger *echoed*.

What can that possibly imply in figurative sense?

THANKS

There's no standard meaning that I know of. Maybe it means that the anger came back to him. That is, in reaction to his anger, someone became angry with him. I'm just guessing, though.

His anger e____d.

I should've put *exploded*.

Instead, I only had *echoed* in my head echoing.

Do you mind elaborate what it could mean?

Thanks

His anger exploded means that his anger became very heightened very quickly (like an explosion, a lot of energy released in a moment or two).

Do you mind explaining this nonstandardized meaning of *Echoed anger*?

In order to not lose a point over that I have to back it with a reasonable explanation.

Thanks for trying, Buddy

C'mon now, MissD! Laughing I can't imagine that ONE point on ONE assignment is going to damage you in any way.

A - 0.1% = A

or

97 - 0.1% = 97

Why don't you try your own explanation first. Then I'm sure one of us will be happy to help you on this one. Smile
