How does the US Bill of Right affect our life at home and at work? What responsibilities do we have in order to protect our rights?

Thanks in advance.

Lucia, I am sorry to say that despite being a US citizen, I don't have any good answers for you. Most of us take these rights for granted, unless it becomes clear that they are at risk.

One thing I can say is that they are not absolute rights. I do not have the right to yell, "Fire!" in a public place in order to create a panic. Also, I think many people do not understand this nuance: the constitution gives us rights in regard to the government, not in regard to non-government entities. I cannot go into a store and say anything I want, and I can't say whatever I want in your home. The store manager and you could order me to leave.

Good luck!.. Maybe you'll post it in here when you're ready?
