I need to write an essay based on the US Constitution. I need to have some real life examples of the Bill of Rights. Something like freedom of speech, religion, assembly and the press. What are our responsibilities of having these rights?

Basically, your responsibility, if you are a citizen of the USA, is to protect those rights by all means at your disposal.
This would include fighting a war, if necessary.
