| I hope they find a cure for SARS soon. I heard that this virus is mutating fast, which makes it difficult for scientists to find a cure. The government should work hard in containing this disease from spreading, and hopefully a cure will be produced to prevent more deaths. |

They say in Russia: "Diablo is not so awful as it (or he?) is painted".
More than 250 people have died in China and about 6000 are infected but what's the China's population? Almost 1500000 people? Maybe this fact means something?
And one more fact.
There isn't any single people with diagnosis "SARS' in Russia though so much people from Russian Far East have been visited China for all last 6-8 months and many Chinese have been in the cities of Russian Far East and the citizens of these two countries have been in close enough contacts!
Moreover I know that Chinese authorities concealed the things with SARS in the passed winter, when this "epidemics" have begun!
I want ask you: why?
May be the immunity of Russian people's organism is very strong because of severe weather conditions in Russia in the winter (temperature in Khabarovsk region falls in the winter below 30 - 40 degrees of centigrade!) resulting in annual epidemics of flu in Russia? And that epidemics are "training" the immunity system of Russian people's organism?
Why not?
And I can add: All people that have been ill of SARS are citizens whether "warm" countries or so called "civilized" countries where there aren't so difficulties for everyday life for people like in Russia!
Isn't true?
So don't be afraid so much!
And the way of systematic trainings of your organism looks like the only way to avoid such and other similar deceases in the future for you!  |

I am in UK,I can imagine your current situation.However,many European
think the response of chinese is too radical.You know in Europe there once broke out a huge infection disease early of last centure,many people died from this.So they have clearer thought about virus spreading,The SARS will not disapear quickly,and it will not infect all people.Thus,take care yourself,everything will be ok! |

Hey you are right. Lets blame USA also because you are poor, you are too short, you have small boobs or small *beep*. Then lets blame USA for all the problems you have. Great solution. Then blame USA for destroying the world and then lets blame USA for every lack of any achievement you(your country) didnt get. That is the way to go!
More people die from car accidents in a single day then people died from SARS.. More people die a day from starvation the SARS. You can also look up some nice data on AIDS too. Ohh wait LETS BLAME USA ON THAT TOO!!!! AWESOME! I LOVE IT!
Amazing with invent of internet you cant even do a basic search to find out some FACTS. Just walk away from computer now, obviously you are only using it for a light source. |
