If anyone is thinking of applying for a Celta course in the near future, Brooklands College in Weybridge, UK, have one starting on 20th June 05. for four weeks. It is priced at �360 (680$ US approx) and the cost is low due to UK government subsidies that have recently been introduced. The College is 25 minutes by train from London and I understand that student accommodation can be arranged if necessary.
