During the blackout, only taxi drivers spoiled the *community spirit*, some charged up to 100 dollars for a trip.
What is *community spirit* in this case?

| in my country student learn English from young and the English exams are common, English is my formal lesson, when I go to the hihh school or the univerity. Ishould take the examand the stores is important to one's life. |
