Time lost will return no more.
=Time lost will no longer return.
=Time lost will not return anymore.
Is that right? If so, which one is more usual in everyday speech?

For aphorisms like that, the original is usually best - so: Time lost will return no more sounds (to me) best.
Another common saying, as you may know, is:
"Time and tide wait for no man." |
