On work days when I am in a hurry, I might just have cold cereal or buy a breakfast burrito or omlet breakfast burrito. If I have a little time, I might make toast or hot oatmeal cereal. On weekends when I have more time, I might make french toast or pancakes. |

hi there,
i usually eat brown rice porridge, or oatmeal for breakfast. normally i also make some green leafy vegetables with it, and sometimes some miso soup.
i think breakfast is really important. i have noticed that when i eat bread, i get tired very easily and quickly. porridge doesn`t do that! _________________ Reni Schuh

I miss breakfast. I don't want to eat breakfast at getting up right away. _________________ Junya Yamaguchi
