Can Paris Hilton, making her big-screen debut here, act?
Can Paris Hilton, making her big-screen debut here-act?
Are they both grammatically okay?
Thanks |

I believe only the first would be correct -
The commas are separating the sub-clause 'making her big-screen debut here' from the main clause; 'Can Paris Hilton act?
Does anyone have a different opinion? |

I agree. I think this would be ok, though: Can Paris Hilton - making her big-screen debut here - act? |
