Dear Teachers,

Is ten-some dollars between ten and twenty dollars?

I thought it might mean between 10 dollars and 11 dollars, but that is often said as, "Ten (dollars) and change." So the most likely answer would be the one you have suggested.

I think it should be "between ten and twenty dollars." Have you heard people say, "ten-some dollars?"
