I like big companies.
I may have been lucky, but I have always found they treat their employees well, there's more scope for advancement, and their paycheques never bounce.
Small companies often want you to work 24/7 for no extra pay, and, because they are small, you feel somehow you ought to. |

| I like small one. Because it is easy to make friendly relationship. Of course big one can make such relationships. But small company is easier. Small companies treat emplotees good. Ahd I think big companies are systematic. I don't like systematic work, companies and job. So I want small one. |
