Hi, I'm new here.

Well, just when we thought we'd left the Evolutionism vs. Creationism fights in the 20th century, it's back in courts again.
Supposedly, they're trying to undo the "injustices" to children by teaching them both sides of the story. That I can understand. That teaches children tolerance of opposing ideals. But we're just back to fighting the same old fight.
I'm just wondering, is anyone else really irritated by this? Does anyone else think we should have laid this one to rest long ago?

Creation is a religious idea. It is not scientifically valid.
Kids can't say prayers at school because of court rulings.
Yet these litigants think they have a chance of getting a court to rule in favour of allowing such religious nonsense to be taught?
