Please let us know whether the client *agrees to* such an amendment.
Could I replace "agree to" with "agree with"?

Yes and no. It changes the meaning a bit, but not much in this case.
By general usage, we agree with a person or idea, but agree to an action or item.
If you agree with an amendment, then you agree with the ideas written in the amendment.
Perhaps you don't agree with the ideas of the amendment, but you want to compromise for peace, then you agree to the amendment.
For example:
I don't agree with you that eating oat bran for breakfast every day is healthy, but if it will make you happy I agree to do it. |
