My brother don't eat vegetables too. He doesn't take any of it. I think it is really bad to our healthy because it will cause cancer in the large intestine!
I am worried about him!
I think you can eat more fruits as the alternate. Fruits with a lot of dietary fibres like oranges.

I'm in the same boat as Mr.Admiral. When I was a child, I hated hated hated vegies. The texture, the bitter flavor, yuck. But as I grew into my late teens, I started to understand (a little) that mature responsible adults should do the right thing for their health. And being a picky or finicky eater is a childish thing. What quality girl would want a childish guy for a boyfriend? So I forced myself to start trying different vegetables. Usually I had to mix the flavors with other tastes I could tolerate (salad dressings, vegetables sauted in butter and cooking oils, mixed and matched with different meats).
It took time, and my taste had to adjust, but now I can enjoy almost any foods (very helpful for when I travel to different regions and countries). Though for some things I still prefer sauces to blend the flavors. For example, I put on lots of melted butter on roasted corn, and I dip fresh carrot sticks and broccoli in salad dressing.

Why do healthy foods have to be boring? I wish chocolates and icecreams were healthy. why couldn't they be declared healthy. Wouldn't that be great!
Imagine..then all of us would be super healthy and our parents would be asking us to refrain from too much healthy food!
