i love soymilk!

here is how i make banana smoothies:

put 1 frozen banana (peel it, break it into 4 or 5 pieces & put it in a plastic bag in the freezer until it's frozen) in the blender and then pour your soymilk in. use just enough soymilk (i use chocolate!) to cover the bananas. then blend for a minute or so. drink and enjoy!

that's all there is to it. some people put a teaspoon of honey in theirs before they blend it, but that makes it too sweet for my taste. i like just bananas and soymilk.

if you're using regular soymilk or vanilla soymilk, you can also add in a few frozen peach slices, too, to make a peach/banana smoothie. just be sure to use enough soymilk to cover them--don't use too much or too little. it's very good, too!

^___^
