This what my English teacher told me.

Start a notebook, and write down a few new words avery day. BUT ALSO
find a way of USING those words for the next few days. Build them into sentences. Use those sentences on someone who will correct you if you are wrong.

Always try to get the words in a sentence, preferably a sentence that explains the meaning in some way.

This is good advice.

You have spelling problems too (LOL) Very Happy

The advice by Blossom's teacher is sound. It works for Idioms too. Jot them down, and use them the same day or at least in the next day
