Is "in the bus" also correct? I saw so many listings on the Internet.
Thanks.

sure, BMO.
"she's waiting for us in the bus."
"i left my umbrella in the bus."
"did he say that to you in the bus, or at school?"
^^

More "on the bus" on the Internet than "in the bus" but each has plenty of listings there.
Thanks.

in the bus means take bus
on the bus means stand on the top of bus. that would be rather dangerous!

haha, yes, "on" the bus would mean on top of it, but it's generally regarded that when you're "on" the bus, you are seated inside. seated "on" it.
on and in the bus mean the same thing, everyone would know what you meant if you said either of them.

thank you, pretty toe! you are a native, so your explanation is more reasonable than mine. I very appreciate your help. I hope you can help me forever.
You are the most beautiful toe I've seen so far! |

thank you, red rose!
but i'd say that your explanation is valid, a literal translation. (especially if jackie chan were ON the bus--very likely he'd be riding on top of it doing some jaw-dropping stunt work )
keep up the good work, red rose--
and i'll try to do my very best to help where i can.
