Can you tell me why did you talk this as if you ever saw it happen? If the same case came to you,I bet you would not like other people talking about you in this way.So,please,even if you don't believe that he's innocent,just be honest when you wanna say something about it.  |

dont you know you cannot criticize someone/something without knowing it clearly?its a basic rule in modern times.

YOu could say that you dont believe him or soemthing else,but if you just laughed at him and at the same time you don't know if he's really guilty on that charge,it's another thing concerning about moral character aspects.

maybe it's a matter of differing a facts and a opinion.
i you don't accept a fact you're a lyer but if you don't agree with another opinion, it's okay. everyone has the right to have his own opinion. but everyone should know and be aware of true facts.

| everyone has the right for opinion,but this right that I think doesnt include insulting others in public.This means you could believe he's guilty,you could not criticize him with your unsure thought,if you want to do it,you'd better find something that would exactly proof your thought,or the laughing would be childish and ridiculous. |
