Exercise is the best way for good health. There are many ways to exercise such as walking, running, swimming etc. After you finish your exercise, every parts of your body will move or work efficiently. It makes you healthy and stronger. Not only direct advantages, exercise give you the indirect advantages too. The indirect advantage of exercise is to avoid of drugs because you have some activities to do all the times. As you can see there are many advantages of exercise, so if you want to have a perfect health, it�s time for exercise now.

In my opinion .I think it have many ways to make good health but the exercise is the best way to make good health. Because the exercise will make your physically strong moreover the exercise have another advantages for example the exercise will help you for eliminating the waste in your body and it make your new friends when you do it. The other things to make good health I think drugs and alcohol are important things to avoid. Because drugs and alcohol will destroy your health and it make many effect to you such as it cause of many disease.

I know exercise is a very important factor for keeping health and good shape.
I need to start doing it now, but I am not interested in doing exercise that much. Sad
Is there any good way to be addicted to exercise? Rolling Eyes

Find something you really like to do, like swimming, biking or walking. Do it everyday. You will develop a good habit.

Surprised   I agree with your opinion but it is also important to eat healthy foods. Actually, when I was a freshman, I always sat up late at night and slept late. I don�t care about my body so, I often felt tired. But, I changed my mind. I go to bed early and I wake up early. I always eat three meals. I give a lot of care to my condition. I also do moderate exercise. My condition is better than before! I enjoyed my life now.

On the first place, you must to eat healthy food, but you may not eat a lot in the evening Cool .
It's wrong of you when you say, that you must to do a lot of sport...

Hello,

My favorate outside activity is mountain climbing. Sometimes I also go hiking and do some indoor exercise. I do belive exercise can improve our health and body shape. Trust me, if you keep doing exercise everyday, you will become a healthy girl/boy soonest.

I am a Japanese girl. I live by myself. I can't eat good meal. I want to keep my healthty body. But I worry about my body. Do anyone know how to cook easy healthy meal?

Wink i think the best way to be healthy, is to be a vegetarian!
because there are too much fat in any kind of meat!
by eating vegetables and fruit, we still get nutrient, but we are not fat!
i'm not a vegetarian, because my parents does not allow me, but i don't like any meat, so i just eat like a vegetarian!and it is fun also make my body slim and of course healthy!you have to try! Very Happy

I think most people know exercises are good for health and having a good diet is also important. You shouldn't take too much calories a day and you should eat fruit, vegetables and fish etc...
Apart from these, I think we should have a healthy mind. What a healthy mind stands for? It includes how we see lives, positive or negative, what is our value of lives, money, power, achievement, love or friendship etc.?
