If you are anxious, you are nervous or worried about something.
She is anxious about her exam results = she is nervous, uneasy, or worried about the results.

If you are anxious to do something or anxious that something should happen, you very much want to do it or very much want it to happen.
She is anxious to see you = she is eager to see you.

But what about, �She is anxious to get started.� Does that mean she is nervous or worried because it is growing late? Or does it mean she is eager to get started?
