yes 
insurance itself means "Versicherung", could also mean "Haftpflichtversicherung".
medical is clear i assume

ps: i read you had a question about extra insurances or something, wenns noch aktuell ist, ich glaube, damit ist einfach gemeint, ob du zum beispiel privat irgendwo versichert bist. du bekommst eine gewisse versicherungsbeitragsh�he "gestellt" und musst dich darum also nicht mehr k�mmern.
