Tater tots are a kind of mini fried potato about the size of your thumb made from mashed or shredded potatoes and shaped into mini nuggets (similar to hash browns, but smaller).
Tater is slang for Potato.

A jawbreaker is a hardened round sugar candy, so hard you might actually break your teeth (or jaw, hense the name) if you tried to bite down on it.

I believe that tater tots is a slang phrase for nipples.
