This is a really hard question.
Freedom, liberty, and rights are almost used interchangeably.
Liberty is strictly more of a political word. While freedom can be literal like a slave wanting freedom a slave-master. |

Freedom is the right to do what you want, make your own decisions, and express your own opinions.
Liberty is the freedom to think or behave in the way you want and not be controlled by a government.
Many countries allow the citizens to have freedom. Quite a lot of countries do not allow the citizens liberty. |
