Can I use the tense rightly in these sentences? Please help me.

1. They get ready to move to their new house.

2. He is sensitive . I have discovered that.

3. Things will come to a crisis in July.

3. OK, you can also write, There will be a crisis in July. Or the crisis will come in July.
